How to make a container out of a coke bottle

Here I post diagrams on how to make a container out of recycled material, which I mentioned in my post of June 27th. It is made with a plastic coca-cola bottle.

I’m sure everyone will recognize it by its famous shape!

This plastic bottle comes in 20 and 16 ounces. Both kinds can be used to make the container.

Be patient and willing to try a few times if it does not work properly at first. Persist and you will like the result. The container is great to carry miniature origami models or to give them away.

can you post a diagram that has measurements or the spots for a lipton iced tea bottle?

Hi TT,

Unfortunately I have not tried to do this with the bottle you mention, and I do not have diagrams. The bottle used here has a nice ‘waste’ and that is the secret for it to work.
